I have a Kawasaki Ninja 400. Can I use this washer? How do I choose the right size?

The DIN125 Grade 5 Titanium flat washer is a universal standard part. As long as the inner diameter matches the screw diameter, it will fit. For example, if the screw securing the housing is M6, choose a washer with an inner diameter of 6mm. Simply remove the existing screw from your bike, check the screw diameter, or measure the hole diameter directly. If you're unsure, take a photo and send it to customer service, and we'll help you confirm.

Is TC4 titanium alloy too hard and might it strip the screw threads?

This is a very technical question. The hardness of our titanium flat washers has been strictly calibrated. Although they are high-strength, they feature a high surface finish and a hardness slightly lower than that of high-quality aftermarket screws. Under normal tightening torque, they will not cause abnormal wear on the screws; on the contrary, they provide excellent cushioning and protection.

I want to replace all the washers for exterior screws on my car/bike with titanium ones. Do you offer a package?
