Also, our stem bolts form a dense, passivated titanium oxide protective layer on their surface. This oxide film effectively isolates oxygen and moisture, preventing further oxidation and corrosion of the metal substrate. Even in harsh environments such as humidity, seawater, or acidic conditions, this layer provides excellent protection and possesses self-repairing properties. Therefore, even if you frequently cycle on muddy roads or in rainy conditions, you need not worry about our titanium bike stem bolt corroding.

We employ CNC milling processes to ensure precision machining and stringent tolerance control, guaranteeing a secure fit between the titanium bike stem bolts and the bicycle.

Furthermore, all threads are formed via a thread rolling process, physically increasing thread density to enhance stem bolt strength, thereby improving riding safety.
